The annual maximum, also known as your personal responsibility, is the amount that you will pay before the ClearShare member community shares in your qualifying medical expenses.

ClearShare membership options

Membership monthly costs are based on the annual maximum payment you select, the age of the oldest person on the membership, and how many people you want to add to your membership.

Age ranges: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-64.
Member Only – An individual member of ClearShare.
Member + One – A member and any one eligible dependent (spouse or child).
Member + Family – A member, spouse, and any dependent children.
